Great computer at good price
I had to replace an aging computer that couldn't handle Windows 11. With Windows 10 soon being abandoned, and my old computer very slow, I went with this one. Have been very impressed with the speed and reliability so far. Can believe how quickly it comes up after being turned on! I don't do gaming or a whole lot of heavyduty downloads, so maybe less acceptable for those with needs. But just fine for me for doing wide variety of work with online data processing.

Good computer but keyboard needs replacement
This is so much nicer than the ten-year-old machine it replaced. The Dell is lighter, faster, more dependable, has more usb ports, and takes up less space on my desk. I was disappointed in the enclosed keyboard and mouse, both of which "disappeared" from my screen during installation, but since I already own a wireless set that I prefer, it isn't a real problem. Packaging was first rate, using a sturdy box and very firm padding (no shredding styrofoam!) to keep it safe during shipping. I expect to use this for many years to come.

Seller Withheld Information
The computer is fine but when I went to register it with Dell I found out the seller had registered it in the United Arab Emirates. I have no way to register, Dell said the seller had to do that before I could register. That is not acceptable and should not be allowed to sell registered computers.

I purchased two of these to replace old computers in my auto shop. they work great,
super fast!!! boot up and using programs .

No external speaker port
Did not meet my needs and expectations. It did not have an audio out port for external speakers, only a port for headphones. I don't think I have ever seen a computer without a place to plug in external speakers. I returned it for different one before I even finished hooking it up so I can't tell how it performed. The seller was quick to respond to my problem and suggested a modification to fix the problem but I had already returned the computer, (hopefully for a full refund)
