I have taken Shilajit in various forms and find it to have some benefits. I have only been taking these for a few days so it is hard to report back whether it has the same effect as resin, for example, which is how I have often taken it in the past.I did want to give these a go as I figured it was far more convenient to pop a gummy or two each day than it was to stir some resin into a cup of hot water and drink it. And so far that has proved so much easier.There is definitely Shilajit in these gummies as you can smell it when you take off the lid. I found this quite reassuring as Shilajt is quite a strong smell and if there hadn't been that waft of Shilajit on opening the tub I'd have questioned it.Taste wise I can report that they're good. In fact rather pleasant, and certainly a lot nicer than taking the resin. I suspect a lot of this is down to the ingredients use and they're infused with Manuka honey.All in all, they're great, but the price is pretty steep as these will only last me a month and then I'd need to buy more, and it would certainly add up. Maybe if I can cut it back to one a day it might be more affordable.

Great flavour gummies, taste really nice. Easy to chew and great quality. You need few bottles to actually see difference.

It's not as good as they say

I find shilajit seems to help some with my focus, and these gummies have the added bonus of manuka honey. They are sold for “male enhancement” which is rather off-putting, and does seem to overlook the various other alleged health benefits of the ingredients. Shilajit in resin form is something of an acquired taste and although I can take it, it’s not my favourite thing, so I thought I’d give the gummies a go. To be honest, I think I prefer the resin. Not only does it feel less processed, the gummies still have all of the earthy flavour of the resin, just unsuccessfully masked with fruity flavours. Perhaps even more importantly, this 1 month supply is currently priced at £17.92 which makes it far less economical than the resin form.
