I'm in my early 30ties. For the last few months I was working 10 hours per day doing a refurbishment. I started hearing worrying clicks in my right knee, this was going for at least two months. It became loud and persistent whilst going up stairs, I knew that something wasn't right, it would also sometimes hurt. I've been using these tablets for 4 weeks now and my knees are feeling much better. The persistent noise is gone, some smaller clicks are still there but I've just ordered another pack and will continue using the pills until I reach complete improvement. I rarely write reviews but decided to write this one in case there was someone with a similar problem to mine. This stuff does work.

Tablets are a bit off putting in size huge and brown yiu have to take two a day so a package can work out expensive unless you get a deal ,pack lasts 14 days ,having said that I’m now used to it and half way through my second pack will give it a third pack to see if it makes any difference to joint and mobility

I recently got back into running (at least 5k each time) three times per week and suffered with knee pain down the sides and front in the early days. I bought these tablets and took two per day, and continued to run. I also did a few leg exercises. After a few weeks, the pain had totally gone. I continue to take one tablet per day and have been pain-free ever since. I am in my 50's. Amazon sell these at a fantastic price.

My 93 year old Mum fell over about 14 months ago. She is usually quite fit and able, but after the fall, she was bruised and stiff and stayed that way for a few months until I started giving her these daily. No kidding, within a week she was much more mobile and she has taken them ever since and has continued to improve. For instance, after the fall, and while she was still stiff, she had difficulty in raising her arms to brush her hair, or get a jumper on and had to do her bra up at the front. Nowadays, none of that is a problem - she can do it all. We have these on subscription now so she never runs out.
