great for pelvic floor area for folks of all genders

This was easy to apply and has a nice light scent. It helped for what I needed it for and I would purchase this again.

This cream is made in Italy. It doesn't have a scent, isn't oily or too heavy. It doesn't irritate me. Not a lubricant, more like a night cream for delicate places.

Works somehow but not as expected. It is not smooth, kind of sticky, and starts to has a smell after 2 months.

Small container, but doesn't take much to provide relief for dryness, on the outside parts. Works well for that, but there are other options that I'll go with in the future.I think the description saying it's formulated for the pelvic floor is a bit misleading as this is more for external moisturizing and really does NOTHING for the pelvic floor (which is the lower muscle structure internally). So 2 stars for the misleading description.

This helps with dryness after menopause, but I don't find it does anything or the pelvic floor. I am not even sure how that process would work. It calmed down the itch that comes with dryness.

I was prescribed a steroid cream for some itching in my nether regions while it did alleviate the itching after a few days I began to feel irritated and stopped the cream and felt immediately better. This cream is healing and has stopped the itching in a more organic natural way and I feel fine using it.

I like that this cream is in a pump bottle. A single pump dispenses a tiny bit, but the thick cream covers a good amount. It feels lush and non irritating. Not real sure the intended use for this cream, but I apply it like a regular moisturizer after bathing.
