I didn't have a rhyme or reason - I liked everything about what I saw and read on the item's description here. This bar was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Crave delicious! It arrived beautifully packed with an ice pack. It was 90 degrees here when it arrived and was soft. I LOVE melted chocolate so I had to taste it before I put it in the fridge to get solid again. OMG I ate 1/3 of it melted and it was heavenly!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely order it again -it is sitting in my cart as I type. Don't hesitate, if you love thick creamy chocolate and pistachio of any kind, you will be in love. There was a sweet hand written note inside the box thanking me for supporting a small family business. So nice!

OMG BEST CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR EVER! First of all I don’t even remember eating it EXCEPT THE UNBELIEVABLE FLAVOR AND THE CRUNCH Pistachio is my favorite everything, ice cream, nut, u name it so the filling is FULL with a delicious chocolate coating but u get WAY MORE FILLING then chocolate which I LOVED. I do wish it was bigger because u can eat it in one sitting! I will be reordering as soon as I finish this review. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND YOU to try. I haven’t tried any other because it looked like less filling. I ordered this one and I’m soooo glad I did. It was difficult sharing even a bite with my husband. If it is soft when delivered just put in refrigerator and it firms up quickly. You won’t be disappointed. I’d share a pic but it was gone before I thought about it. I’ll take one on my next order.

in the first image, there's about a one and a half inch piece that I had already cut off and eaten. This is a chonky bar! I was also super impressed with how it was packaged; we're having 90° weather and it was packaged with an ice pack. By the time it showed up at my door after being in an Amazon truck for who knows how long, the ice pack was totally unfrozen, but the bar was only slightly soft. I put it in my fridge for an hour, and it was like new. I'm not sure if that still would've been the case had I let it sit outside, but there's only so much that a person can do in that respect and that would've been totally on me. This is delicious, tasted exactly as I'd hoped it would, and I would definitely re-order!

Mine arrived a bit melted, with the ice pack fully liquid and warm. I imagine it’s due to the long shipping time. I popped it in the fridge for a few minutes to harden. Flavor wise, it was quite lovely. The pistachio filling is addictive and the milk chocolate was pleasant. It was just the right sweetness and the filling to chocolate ratio was wonderful. The crunchiness of the filling is the real draw for me. It is a pleasurable sensory experience.Also, the company included a hand written note and a discount card for 20% off the next order which was a nice touch.It is quite expensive at $20 for what amounts to a king-sized American chocolate bar. I’d certainly treat this like any other delicacy (caviar, escargot, etc.) and indulge once in a while.I kept one star off just bc it arrived melted and for the price I’d need either faster shipping or more cold packs to keep it from melting.

Love it! The package arrived in a box with a thermal bubble pack and an ice pack inside. It also contained a sweet handwritten note from Lovetta Chocolate stating that they are a family-owned company. I love supporting small businesses and it's clear that they are proud of their product and take great care in shipping it. The chocolate bar was soft but not melted when I opened it. It's not the fault of the company that the temperature outside was 100 degrees when I received it. Anyone who orders chocolate in the summertime knows that's the risk. Anyway, it is delicious and a good size bar. Definitely more than I can eat by myself. The milk chocolate layer is thick as is the pistachio layer. It's a great treat. I'm keeping it in the fridg and indulging in one or two bites as a midafternoon treat.

I was so excited to try this candy bar! It arrived a little earlier than expected which was great. However the day it arrived temps had reached the mid 80’s. The bar was in a metallic insulated bag and contained a small ice pack. The outside of the insulated bag was cool to the touch but inside was a different story. It was really warm inside the bag and the ice pack was actually hot. It seems that the insulation instead of keeping it cool kept it warm once the ice melted.I could tell that the bar was completely liquid when I touched it so we did not open the wrapping but put it immediately into the refrigerator.After a few hours, we took it out and let it get back to room temperature before we opened it. Thankfully, it stayed mostly intact although you can see from the pictures it was not pretty. However, it still tasted great.I might consider buying these in December to go in stockings, but not again when the weather is warm. Not sorry we bought it though.

Overall the taste is great! I love the chocolate and it’s a pretty decent size bar, so it took me about a week or so to finish. My only critique is that it was a little drier (not as creamy) than other brands I’ve tried - I think they use less pistachio cream. It was still very, very good, and I would recommend!The container also arrived with an ice pack, so it didn’t melt in the 80+ degree weather we had when it was dropped off. The personal note in the box was a nice touch as well!

I love that this chocolate bar is thick and filled with katafi pistachio. It’s what makes me crave for Dubai chocolates. The crunchy sounds you hear and feel while munching katafi. The milk chocolate coating is not too sweet. It’s actually a long thick bar. I thought they’re small squares coated with milk chocolate because of how it’s pictured. But that’s fine since the size of the bar is just right l. It might be even more perfect if theres a little more moisture on it since it’s kinda dry. However , the product in general tastes good, a lot better than the others I’ve tried and I won’t hesitate to buy more in the future.
