Sharp knives, really work well with prime rib

The knives are sharp and sturdy. Just what I thought I was looking for. However, they rust maybe I missed something in the description. Good price, if you don’t mind using food grade oil and caring for these knives then you’re likely alright. I wish I would have bought a Japan set.UPDATE: I was contacted by the company who insisted to replace the knives. They also warned of using the dishwasher. This made me think that could have happened I usually hand wash knives and put away after use. I'm not the only one who cleans up and my partner, she could have used the dishwasher and put back in the drawer. These are very good knives. I like how sharp they arrive strong and sturdy. I increased the star rating, and I appreciate the customer service.

Very sharp and watch out for the tip sharp as a needle

Bought these for my brother in law at Christmas. He’s super hard to buy for but loves cooking and bbq. He always said you can never have too many knives! He opened these up right away he loved them so much and accidentally cut himself taking the plastic off. Not bad but he was impressed with how sharp they were.

Of all of the knifes I have owned these knifes are by far the best I have ever owned. I just finished boning out a complete elk and never once had to touch the edge of the boning knife. very nice and durable set well priced.
