I have chronic pain and I really struggle every day. I take my prescription medication but also have to buy aspirin, as it isn’t given on prescription for pain - crazily enough. With all the issues at the moment in the world, I can’t go out and have had a nightmare getting aspirin, having to pay surge prices and even with that hike there is hardly any available - it’s like gold dust. So I decided to buy the actual ingredient instead and I can say without doubt that these help with pain. The pain I have is severe, but these do help and are much better than taking aspirin, something I wouldn’t have known had I not tried them. Of course, I need my prescription along with these, but they help and they’re good. I’ve ordered more so I have plenty of stock. I take two at a time and take two again later if needed. Highly recommend for pain especially chronic pain. I have terrible tmj caused by a dentist and now have fibromyalgia. I’m glad I found these.

I started using white willow bark as pain relief after reading the Plant Paradox by Dr Stephen Gundry. I'd previously taken various prescription only NSAIDs and opioid-based painkillers to deal with the pain of arthritis in my hip, pelvis and spine along with several bulging discs, sciatica and musculoskeletal issues. I had reached a point where my liver and digestive system could no longer process the prescription drugs without considerable discomfort. Dr Gundry explained that despite being the natural form of Aspirin, unlike synthetic, mass produced Aspirin, white willow bark is much more gentle on the body and easily tolerated. Thankfully for me these work. It's worth noting that I use these in conjunction with other methods to holistically reduce inflammation and deal with my arthritis and msk issues. It's unlikely that white willow bark alone would be useful for severe/chronic pain conditions, but for me, as someone who had no other option but to stop prescription painkillers suddenly, it was certainly better than nothing at all and I've had no unpleasant side effects thus far after several months of use. Whilst the bottle does recommended a dosage, you may wish to investigate correct dosing based on your weight for optimum treatment.

This product is extremely helpful with my aches and pains. I feel I can get up better in the mornings and I am not so slow.

i take white willow bark to help with managing my osteoarthritis. This Best Naturals product works for me very well. It is extremely good value for money and was delivered very quickly. The quality of the product is as good as any that I have used before at a lot higher price. I can't recommend more highly.
