Easier to use
People use the cheap glucose from the store that are oversized Smarties and it works on low sugar, eventually. Now you have a better option.These glucose are gummies and are easy to chew, bite, swallow. If you have dental issues then this is the one for you. They taste pretty good as well, not tart like those others mentioned.They are great for home and seem to take a beating if you accidentally leave them out in the warm car (did I do that???) since the crystal coating keeps them from sticking together. On really, really hot days or for storage outside in the car, the smarties style ones might still be the best to store, just to be safe.They cost more but are truly worth being able to help with extremely low sugar drops.

Good Product
Really tasty & easy to chew. It's like eating candy. Serving says 2, but that's not enough sugar/carbs for me when I hit 70 & heading lower. I take 3 or 4. Unless I have orange juice available. These would be perfect if each serving was 10gm instead of 4 & if they worked more rapidly.

This saved me
This has been a blessing to me. I don't drink OJ but I eat oranges and when my glucose drops low I'll eat 2 oranges and I'm fine. My glucose dropped down to 38mg/dl I literally only had a little while left. I took 2 of these gummies and I immediately started to feel better I did another fingerstick and my glucose was still low so I ate 2 more and I felt the life come back into me. These work fast and are convenient, well worth the money. I walk with a little baggie of these just in case. I highly recommend them!

Slow acting
I used to take Glucose gummies, CVS brand, but they no longer make them. I tried these, but they are not as strong. When my Libre 3 alarms trips for low sugar, I take them, but I have to take 2 gummies, about 3 times over an hour to get back to normal level, compared of taking 2 gummies just the one time. Going to try another brand, went through 1 bottle in just over 1 week
