It's good, has a lot protein, low sugar... the only downside is that you get bored with the flavor. I was doing proffee with it and is good. And for the price and amount the value for money is worth it.For my next purchase I will be buying vanilla, to be able to make smoothie.

I love mixing this with peanut butter and milk for bulking milkshakes, works wonders everytime!

The taste alone is not the best, but i add a splash of flavored coffee creamer to it, now the flavors are unlimited. Great source of protein

This protein powder has a great taste and the texture is perfect. Never any lumps or a lot of foam after using shaker bottle. The low carbohydrates fits in well with most diets and the packaging is very helpful in supplying the amino acids contained. The vitamins C, D, and zinc helps reduce the purchase of other supplements making it more of a bargain.

I started working out back in 2021 where I used my stimulus check to purchase equipment that I set up in my basement. I didn't really know what I was doing, but wanted to purchase an affordable protein powder to ensure my protein intake was adequate. I started with this brand's whey protein, and switched to the isolate as it has lower cholesterol about two years ago. The thing that turned me onto this brand to begin with was price, and the fact that it contained creatine (which it doesn't anymore). Since starting, I've learned a lot more about bodybuilding and went from weighing 130 lbs to 200+ lbs and back down to where I am now, at about 180 lbs. The only thing that has stayed consistent is using this product (which I now pair with creatine from nutricost).I'm not sure about the technical details and the biochemistry of the product, but it seriously works. It has helped me pack on much more muscle than I ever thought possible. I will probably never switch away from this brand (unless they switch back to that weird formula they had about a year ago). Highly satisfied and proven results.

My original review with 5 stars was generous but denied by Amazon. So here is their review. It was not as advertised at all. It had different packaging, less than half the protein listed, and less than half the BCAAs advertised. The taste is tolerable. As for quality, since it is not what was advertised, poor.
