Update: I was sent a new ornament pretty quickly. It was packaged securely this time and arrived safely. I know my granddaughter will love it. Thank you for your prompt and professional response.Although it is a beautiful ornament I purchased for my granddaughter, it was packaged in one of those brown envelopes, which in my opinion is not properly packaged, and most likely lead to the ornaments breakage. I really need a replacement as soon as possible.

This ornament is so cute, but broke in multiple pieces after one fall. Challenging when it was bought for little kids ornaments. It’s super cute though and was well loved.
