Worst product.You can buy a 999 rs laptop for 26000.Heating issue.Battery got replaced in 3 months.Display issues.Only good thing is it's design.

good, powerful and cheapest laptop, but battery does not work for 8h, at least 3h. And the usb-c don't charge as the image say "usb-c full features". this make me give four stars.

I have been using it for 3 months now and am quite satisfied. Although there's no MS Office, the laptop is preloaded with its alternative.

Very Good Build quality with metal body.Fabulous performance and speed.Display is killer🔥🔥🔥 big HD screen.Slim and Compact design.Speaker are good.Keypad is awesome with backlight.Camera could be better.Battery could be better.Laptop charger is not good.One observation is that when laptop is charging. If you touch the laptop there is some kind of little shock/vibration feel(no harmful).Worth every penny. Best under 25kHighly Recommended if you are student/new programmer/office use

1. Excessive Heating: Package opened and took the laptop out so hot - not sure what was going on. 1 out of 3 times approx, when the laptop is put to sleep, it does not sleep and this excessive heating happens.2. Boot up: You just can't figure out as it takes a lot of time and the screen goes blank. You got to press keys and it would bring up the "chuwi" log in screen3. Static on Surface: You slide your palm on the surface of the laptop - over or under, you will have static and vibrating sensation. Awful.4. After sales service: Reported the issue before the return policy window. They agreed to replace on the condition that the technician would perform a door step service. Waited for 2 more days. Technician did not turn up. Called no answer. Another came thru stating that the "Backend Team" calling and was too good - stated that the laptop would be picked up for a replacement. Never happened. After 2 days noticed that, it is noted that I cancelled the visit!!Feels like hard earned 35K down the drain. Watch out, please.

Chuwi corebook x pro i5 12gen H series laptop.Good and value for money product.Cons:(not a actual cons, just observations)1. Camera is not good, but as per the price range it is a decent one.2. Volume is very low, better to connect with earphones or headphones.3. No ms office included.4. No near service centers.But over all, it is a pretty good laptop with i5 12gen H series, 16gb ram, 512gb SSD.
