Ordered set from October now one is not working already can’t open from the in and out customer got stuck few times. Looks nice work alright.

The media could not be loaded. I installed this in the bathroom of a suite for my commercial remodel. I really like the vacant/occupied function of this handle. It works really well. Either the lock or the key will change the status. The overall quality is pretty good. I have Schlage commercial door handles and they seem more heavy duty. This felt like it was a cross between a commercial size door handle with a bit of residential build quality. However, this doesn't cost as much as the other commercial door handles. So this makes it a good value worth trying. I believe this will hold up just fine in my office setting.The installation was pretty easy. The only catch was each side had some spikes that you drive into the door to keep it from twisting in the door hole. Normally, there is a peg that you drill a hole for in the door and that keeps it stable and in alignment.I think this is a good value and should hold up just fine in a small office.

Review for OAKMOORE Heavy Duty Keyed Entry Indicator Lever for Commercial Use in Restaurants, Gyms.This lock feels heavy. It is larger than a normal door lock. It protrudes farther out than a normal home door lock. It comes with 2 keys. It will fit a regular home door.The problem with this lock is that the small thin rod (that turns the locking mechanism and the vacant/in-use) is smaller than my other door locks. This rod bends easier. And it is harder to align with the opposite side, as the alignment hole is smaller.So while the rest of the lock is above average and sturdy, this one small interior part is below average in quality.If you don't get this thin rod aligned properly (or if it gets bent, which it would up doing during the installation process), then the door lock part (and the sign part) won't work.My concern, if this lock is installed in a busy commercial building, is that that thin rod will eventually break, as it isn't beefy enough.Thus, 4 stars. The rest of the lock is good quality, feels hefty, and looks nice.So 4 stars for not having the properly sized interior locking rod.
