clear full tone
I got a pair of Seismic Audio wedge monitors off CL and they were fine enough but after about 6 months one of them started to snap-crackle-pop and suffer volume drops. After cleaning both of them, most of the issues subsided, but not all. So, I got a pair of these to replace the stock SM12's. Aside from no longer having any crackling nor static, the clarity of the signal is very pure. I have a high-pass filter running so the very low end is not routed into the speakers, but even still the low and low-mid presence is significant, and much greater than the stock SM12's had. The mid-range is not lost, however. Quite the contrary, there is clarity up through upper mid's. The SM12 wedge has a tweeter horn and I don't know where the cross-over frequency is so I don't know where the 12" speaker no longer gets signal. I will say that everything I can definitively source from this speaker sounds incredible. Definitely recommend.Seller-related, I ordered these through GearNuts. The non-Amazon shipper delivered to the wrong address and GearNuts was highly responsive throughout the package recovery effort. New favorite seller.

For a speaker that did not break the bank this speaker is excellent. From now on I know where to go ...
I was really worried about purchasing an after market replacement speaker. I needed a speaker that could handle high power and still give me a full rounded sound through the mids and lows . I looked at several speakers and this was one of the cheaper ones. Upon opening the speaker my first concerns was if it would line up or if I would have to modify it to fit in my cabinet. It fit perfectly. It was snug and tight and no problems whatsoever with the installation. Now it was time to get it wired to the system and test it out. This speaker really packs a punch. I was surprised at the quality and richness of the sound. For a speaker that did not break the bank this speaker is excellent. From now on I know where to go for a great sounding speaker. The best part was no matter how much power I added the speaker still sounded great. Well done!

Guitar speaker
Like the title says, I use it for a single guitar speaker in a 1x12. Sounds great actually. I think these sound more natural than any guitar speaker I've ever used. They always make the mids stand out in a fake way to me, some sound better than others. I have no clue how this speaker would sound mixed with other guitar specific speakers, but I do know that it's great being 400 watts and I can take it anywhere with me and even use a 100 watt jcm2000 through it. I've also used a 60 watt 6505+ combo that I turned into a head and a 100 watt katana head, all sound good and the speaker has no problem handling either one of them.

Great, affordable speaker replacement.
It does not have a composite cone.It does not have rubber suspension. It does not have a massive magnet. It also does not have a 200 dollar price tag.It does have decent sound and excellent sound for the money.Additionally, I had a problem with the 1st speaker shipped to me. Amazon and the vendor resolved the issue within 24 hours. I will purchase from them again.

Quality sound
Excellent bass response and sound and my Yorkville excursion EXM-MOBILE has more bass punch and power than the OEM speaker, and is direct fitment. I dropped the speaker and got puncture and couldn’t find the OEM replacement but in the long run it is way better, thanks 😊

Great woofer doesn't fit B212XL Behringer
Great packaging and sturdy design. I bought this to replace my Behringer B212XL woofer. The sub does not fit that can because of the crossover. By the way you can't just move the crossover. As for the woofer. No doubt it would have been better than the original in the Behringer cab.

Great sleeper guitar amp speaker
I needed a speaker with high power handling and subdued mids for my Peavey Stereo Chorus 212 combo, which can be overly bright. There are very few speakers that are spec'd for this sort of application, and this was one of the cheaper ones. First I tried a Carvin PS12, a 300W PA speaker. Somehow it managed to fart out on the bass. I also tried a Texas Heat, and a Delta Pro 12a. This and the Delta Pro stayed. With these two speakers, that little amp can put out nearly as much volume as a 100W marshall stack. I've played outdoor gigs with it - I just kept turning it up because the more I did, the better it performed. The other guitar players at the gig complimented me on my juicy tone.I just pulled the delta 12a this morning and tried it in a Carvin 212 cabinet in conjunction with a swamp thang. I've been looking for a speaker combo that plays well with my Carvin v3m 50w micro head. I think I've found it.

Eminence for life!
Just threw a pair of these into a custom 2x12 bass cab with a tweeter. This cab, and these speakers, is probably the most defined, articulate, and loud cab I have ever owned. I have been using Eminence speakers for bass, guitar, and PA cabs ever since I started playing 12 years ago and they have never failed me and have always sounded good. Made in the USA so you can toss some money into our economy. I am going to purchase some 12 inch guitar speakers to upgrade a guitar cab I have and Eminence is my first choice!
