When there is clear bright white light in a room or a working surface area, it helps put less strain on my eyes and found it much effective to carry out tasks such as cooking, cleaning using the electrical appliances or working on desktops and reading from articles.02 – (Energy Efficiency) These LED bulbs are very energy efficiency that was the main reason I purchased these ones as a fraction of the costs of a 20W bulb I was getting lumens of 2452. The efficiency is absolutely brilliant in running costs over the year.03 – (No Flickering) Many LED bulbs I have purchased, at first, they are really good and then day by day they start to flicker, and some even flicker once passing certain amount of heat or long period of use. These LED bulbs I have found after using them over the past 4 weeks, they still are the same and giving the same high performance as the first day. These LED Bulbs have NO flickering at all even when they have been left on all day and all night long.04 – (Wide 150º Angle Illumination) This wide angle really helps to shine down the clear bright white light downwards or the direction the light is focused at. When I use them for the room ceiling light, all the light is focused downwards and that’s 150º angle so the remaining light is not going up towards the ceiling. I get more bright light because of the angle all the light is focusing downwards. This means I got so much lighter in my room then a standard 2452 lumens light bulb.05 – (Why I chose these LED Bulbs over other brands?) Awenia LED bulbs use up to 90 percent less energy and can last more than 15 years. I calculated the life span and its more then 15 years and it was very impressive when I was looking at all the ranges of LED Bulbs to choose from. Just 4 weeks of performance and I have been very please with these bulbs.06 – (Instant full lamination) Once you turn the LED Light bulb on, the full light comes on at the maximum 2452 Lumens and there is no delay or waiting for the light to warm up like some other bulbs. Some bulbs can take a while warming up to get the full lumens but NOT these LED Bulbs, as they come on instantly.====================What could be improved:====================> Can’t find any faults love the product so much, if any improvements are as followings;01 – I wish they was dimmable but its very rare to find Dimmable LED bulbs as they are very expensive02 – If they had come with a Bayonet Cap B22 to Edison Screw E27 Adapter Converter would be so ideal if you had to use in different sockets. .........which switches on at dusk, off at dawn. Replaced an 8W ES LED which was OK, but really only gave a bit of a puddle of light. This 20W, although comparatively expensive to buy, is a whole different ball game and lights up a good area around the car parked on the drive with a cool whitish (not blue-white) illumination. The old bulb by comparison was a bit "glowworm's armpit". Very happy with this and the power consumption isn't outrageous. Light is not horizontally directed at all by the bulb (or by the light I installed it in) so if you have a neighbour's window close by with direct line of sight they might decide it's a bit too bright.

Super bright, which is great.I bought two of these in Daylight white for my bedroom, for lamps which I only put on in the mornings to help wake me up: especially useful on dark winter mornings.They are probably the BRIGHTEST LED bulbs I have ever used.BUT one of them died after only 3 weeks. Hence stars removed.Am buying a replacement and can only hope it lasts better: until Philips or similar come out with something this bright at a reasonable price, we will have to go on taking our chances with unknown brands.UPDATE on review above. I bought another bulb to replace the one that broke after 3 weeks. The new one died after only 1 week! And at £13 thirteen pounds a go, that is daylight LED robbery!Something wrong with the manufacturing on these. Avoid.

Quality product

The bulb is very bright without any flickering. I use it as a night light at the front of my house so it's on during winter months for over 14 hours. It provides a good spread of light. After a year and a half it failed and so I messaged the seller who sent a replacement. So recommend both the item and seller.

The bulb itself has been really good. Very bright and no warmup period.After about 6 months it's had an issue where the bulb starts to flicker, and by flicker, I mean fully on-off so it's incredibly annoying. I have tried giving it a rest and turn it off, then sometimes it works for a period but most of the time the flickering starts again. I was about to buy a different brand then I thought I'd check what the warranty and expected life was, and see it's 3 years and thousands of hours so this appears to be a premature fault.There was no option to contact the seller for this order via my orders page, not sure whether it's an Amazon thing or the option has been taken away. Will be contacting the seller to see what they say and will update accordingly.UPDATE: I contacted the seller, after seeing how others in the review section had done it. I got a message back very quickly within hours. I simultaneously posted a review anticipating a slow response from my direct message, but this did not show up for a couple of days. Customer service asked for details etc. They offered some money back or a replacement. I opted for a replacement although I was a bit concerned problem might happen again. Anyway, this was on a Friday, and I received the replacement on Monday morning. Great service. Will update again if performance drops. I don't usually grumble or post reviews and just sulk instead. I can say this has inspired my confidence in companies who make an effort with their customers. Obviously, the feedback loop from poor reviews is a massive incentive but hey I'm happy now!!
