Tools for interacting with kiddo
It is smaller than I expected, but effective. They are 2 jars and many blocks with colorful emojis. My kiddos shook the jar in front of me, trying to make me notice the happy blocks inside. It's as if they couldn't wait for me to ask them what good thing had happened, which is a simple yet effective way of interacting with my kiddos. And indeed helped open up the conversation between me and my child better. I think it was a good idea.

Open a conversation and talking feelings
Bought this for my kids, and to have my child talking about feelings. Before this,my 6yrs old girl had a hard time even naming those daily feelings. These jars have some emojis and pretty blocks, she loves this game and it gives us a casual,no-pressure opportunity to talk about feelings. Thanks to this product, now I can use the emotion card and the blocks to help her recognize more feelings, which is really helpful for her!

Know your kids feelings
Before this, I had never considered that my kids might feel this way. Every time I turned off the cartoons they loved to watch, they neither got mad nor threw a fit. Possibly hearing me a little. Until I gave them these, they filled the jar with angry and sad blocks. Thanks for such a great product! Allows me to care for my kiddos feelings in a special way.

Didn't expect this whole thing to be the size of my hand!!!
Incredibly small "Game" the whole set can fit in my hand!!!! I thought the jars would be like they show in the photos like the size of a food can NOPE these "jars" are just a little bigger than golf balls. I was shocked... for 25.00!!!!!! I couldn't send it back because my daughter has autism and fixated on carrying them around. Otherwise I would throw these in the sellers faces and get my money back. Absolutely greedy and ridiculously priced so something so small. The pictures are good. There's so many "feelings" my 4 year old got overwhelmed. The feelings are more appropriate for older children but the jars are perfect for 1-2 year old at most. Terrible set.

Positive and Negative Emotion Jars
This Social Emotional Learning Activity comes with two small jars that are labeled Positive Emotions and Negative Emotions. The point is to put the positive emotions into one jar and the negative emotions into the other jar. All of the negative emotions are similar colors as are the positive emotions. My only suggestion to improve this activity would be to have a wider variety of feelings/emotions and make the jars bigger. This is a great tool to use when talking about positive and negative emotions and I would recommend this as a great activity for all ages.

The whole Family enjoyed this
I started this with my kids, and it has become a daily joy the kids enjoy. They love sitting down at the end of the day to talk about how they felt today and talking about their day. The pack comes with a lot of emotion cards that do a great job explaining the various emotions someone could feel. Though I will admit, the instructions don't really teach you how to introduce them along with the daily emotion review. The box comes with the basic emotions, sad, happy, scared, etc. but don't go past that when addressing the other emotions and reviewing them for daily use. If I were to redesign this I would color code the emotions. All emotions that are happy would be one color, all angry would be another color, etc. As it is all the emotions are just a random color and don't correlate to one another in any way.All that said my family loves this activity. The negative and positive emotion jars and their lids are a very thin and light material, it doesn't feel like it would take much to break it, but it shouldn't be a problem if used properly. The cards are a thin lightweight as well and come with a nice coating so they don't get dirty easily. The tokens are decent wood and the paint, for us, has not scratched easily. All in all quality is a bit low but value is much higher

Turning Emotions into a Game
This emotion jar set is packed with great information about different feelings, but it felt a bit complicated for my grandkids. The original instructions didn’t grab their attention, so we decided to make it into a game instead. We’d pick an emotion tile and then choose a card to read together. That way, it became more of a fun activity rather than a learning session. The content is solid, and we enjoyed exploring the various emotions, but if you want to use it as it’s intended, you might find yourself needing a third jar to store the emotion tiles. I think it’s a thoughtful tool for teaching kids about emotions, but you might need to get creative with how you use it to keep younger ones engaged.
