Great looks, & it does everything you want (& need)
FANTASTIC! A perfect fit, easy to put on, & light as a feather! Plus the carbon aramid looks sleek & slick! It allows for the magnets to work for an easy & secure fit to the Magic Keyboard case, & the Apple Pencil Pro fits in its little slot (& stays there) with no issues. Protect = no worries. No slips, no rubs, everything where it's supposed to be. And it looks sweet! This one had everything I was looking for!

Perfect Case. Perfect Fit. WORKS WITH MAGIC KEYBOARD!
This fits perfectly and allows the Magic Keyboard to close without any issues. I needed this case because I use the iPad to take notes and it felt flimsy when laying by itself on the desk. I also didn’t want to get any scratches on the back of it. There is nothing about this case I don’t like. A definite recommendation for any iPad Pro user that wants a more stable and protected unit.

Very great protection with minimal downsides.
I purchased this to protect my iPad. The other models that were available were not magnetic enough or have a protective slot for an Apple Pencil. This case has a significant magnetic hold, and I never had my iPad come off of the Magic Keyboard. I was able to use this case with a screen protector and a camera protector. I’m able to use all buttons and use it with no issues. I also did not have any issues using a keyboard cover. In total I used the Magic Keyboard, screen protector, camera protector, and keyboard cover all together with no issues. An Apple Pencil fits, it is just not pictured. The only aspect that people may not like is that when using this case, the magnetic closing of the iPad to the closed position is not strong. While it will be closed if you lay it flat, if you have it in a backpack or on a shelf it can possibly come open. I personally don’t have an issue with this, especially if you consider that this happens with the other cases too. The very bottom section is exposed to ensure that there is clearance for the Magic Keyboard, which is unfortunate but what can you do with size conflicts. In all, I find this is the best option that can protect the Apple Pencil.

Will not work and cause damage to keyboard
This will absolutely not work correctly with the apple magic keyboard. Like putting a case on the macbooks screen, it stops the hinge from closing flush. Causing the hinge to wear and keyboard to bend on the cases tabs to close. Not to mention it wont stay closed. I removed material from the case to make it work and no. Still not even close. I love spigen products but its crazy to sell a protective product that causes damage. Get a case for not using with the keyboard and get a nice sleeve for when you are. Again i love spiggen but this is not good at all.

Only reason to buy this cover is if you absolutely must have a Magic Keyboard.
Personally, I don’t see much reason for anyone to buy this case unless they are paring it with the Magic Keyboard (there are obviously others that are cheaper and provide better all around coverage. Therefore, my review will be based partially on its use with the Magic Keyboard.Pros:- Fits in Magic Keyboard and closes easily with no gap (also have a glass screen protector and sheet for paper texture which adds to the thickness by a tiny amount)- Pencil Slot is nice to have as it keeps the pencil in place and protects it well- Pass through charging so the iPad gets charged when the Magic Keyboard is plugged in.Cons:- Doesn’t protect all edges. Also purchased an ESR Keyboard which comes with the internal case that protects all the way around.- Magnets aren’t arranged in a way to allow for vertical positioning. Horizontal/Landscape only. The only reason I bought this case was to work with the Magic Keyboard so the iPad could be charged through the USB-C on the keyboard leaving the iPad’s USB-C free for other uses but it’s a steep price to pay for the convenience. $55 for this cover, ~$300 for the keyboard vs. ~$92 for the ESR keyboard/cover that charges separately (which doesn’t need to be done all that often - I haven’t needed to charge the ESR keyboard in the month that I’ve had it). I got the Magic Keyboard because it would be included in the AppleCare coverage but realistically the ESR case could be replace 3x for the price of the Magic Keyboard+Spigen case. If i had to do it all over again, I’d just stick with the ESR.*If considering the Magic Keyboard (i cant imagine anyone wanting this case otherwise), it should be noted that the Magic Keyboard has no battery. It runs off the iPad’s battery.

Works absolutely amazing with the magic keyboard
The media could not be loaded. This works so well with the new iPad Pro 11 m4 magic keyboard. I was hesitant at first because I really wanted the one from Pitaka, particularly because I wanted a protective case that would work with the magic keyboard. Most of the similar products would work great but would just not let the keyboard shut close completely. I went with my gut and got this one, and Im so glad I did. As you can see on the video, it fits very nicely on the ipad, has a firm magnetic grip on the keyboard, keyboard functionality is 100% with the protective case on, and most importantly, lets the keyboard shut close completely all the way. Perfect product for the perfect price!

This is a great feeling and looking case but
Case fits ok overall but there seems to be an issue with the Apple Pencil. The opening is a bit too tight. I can’t fit the pencil with out using more force than I’m comfortable with. Just a heads up.

Love the quality and protection
I was surprised that this fit so well with the new M4 iPad Pro with the new Magic Keyboard. I was prepared to see a gap, but there isn’t one. It holds the Apple Pencil securely and still allows it to charge. It doesn’t directly protect the edge of the keyboard, but protecting the edge of the iPad is my priority. I don’t consider it to be full-on drop protection; it will prevent scuffing the edge. The back material is thin and has the connectors to link the keyboard to the iPad.My wife doesn’t have the Apple Pencil and wishes they would make one without the pencil holder.
