2022302182 26 ft. Greystone Curved Wall Mount Fireplace

We replaced an existing RV fireplace with this one. The fire colors are more vibrant, Easier to control the room temperature and very easy to install. We are very happy with this fireplace so far.

Don't work right and seller has not contacted us. Will think twice about buying from Amazon again.

Easy installation for sure.. I can’t figure out how to use for ambience only??

Satisfied with product. The glass was loose but a simple fix. Works good.

Does not work correct and is very loud. Nothing like the one I had before. Buttons do not work right. I get different codes?

This is a terribly engineered product. The first one had a defect that produced a high pitched tone emanating from a small box next to the circuit board. The second one had pieces of Styrofoam trapped between the fireplace and the inside of the glass, a circuit board disconnected from the cabinet, and the glass was loose. The third one had the same issues as the second one. The fourth one only had loose glass. I took it apart to tighten the screws attempting to keep the glass from rattling and it was useless. The design was so bad that tightened screws did not secure the glass. I ended up throwing it in the dumpster which provided the only satisfaction of my buying experience.

This Greystone Curved Wall Mount Fireplace came with the RV I recently purchased and like everything else from the US mainstream RV industry, it's poorly engineered trash.My BIGGEST complaint with it is that the temperature adjustments are in 5 degF increments. Hardly the "versatile temp adjustment" as the listing states. What's worse, it can't even hold temp over a mildly chilly night...in FLORIDA for crying out loud!!!...and no, I knew better than to trust it during the two week cold snap we had this winter (I used the propane heat for that). I have a small space heater (a Pelonis, BTW) that heats our trailer quicker and more reliably that this piece of junk - if only it weren't such a tripping hazard.Last night, I turned the Greystone on and set it for 70F. It was 48F outside and only 67F in the camper when I woke up. I wanted to warm up the camper a bit while I took a shower so I set it to 75F. It ran for 15 more seconds and SHUT OFF! I have not been able to get this thing to run more than 15 seconds since! My space heater had the camper up to 70F in 15 minutes.I'm currently shopping for a replacement, but my wife is measuring the space to add storage!!!
