Nice and bright lighting effects, and I appreciate the reasonably heavy metal bases that come with the kit.They are (at least partially) charged out of the box, so all four lights were easy to test immediately, no waiting.Some animated effects are smoother than others due to different movement speeds or color gradations, but overall, there are some real gems in here in terms of lighting programs. These lights will be easy enough to find a variety of good effects that will work for different types of events and vibes.The led tube construction feels fairly lightweight, so I wouldn't want to abuse them, but then I wasn't expecting military grade construction for this price. I'm sure I will need to keep my eyes open in case anyone decides to try and "play" with them at an event, but at the events I have attended with similar tube lighting, I didn't notice anyone getting grabby, so I expect to be okay.I will probably almost always run them as a group, so I don't really need to sync up the four different remotes. The one remote that I activated works out of the box on all four, so that was easy as well.I appreciate the extra jointed adapters, for either chaining the tube lights or adding adjustable tilt to the ones on stands.At this price, I am going to get a lot of lighting bang for my buck at future functions, and I won't be too upset if I might need to replace one or two of the units in the future due to any bad behavior from someone in the crowd.Glad I went for the 4ft lights. I can already tell that I would have been disappointed at shorter lights in terms of making my booth a more attractive hotspot.As others have said, these lights are ALMOST true 360, more like 320. However, the design is good because the tubes' diffusion and the white LED strip backing on the inside of the tubes make them work and look like true 360 tube lights with no dead zones.UPDATE: I provided and ran sound/lighting for an outdoor music event last night. This was the first chance I had to use these lights in a live setting. I set up these tube lights in the four corners of the stage area, as well as running some colored par lights for a good overall fill. The performers varied from a singer/songwriter with a guitar to a hip-hip act with live samplers and higher energy. I then closed out the night with a house music dance party in the stage area.These lights were FANTASTIC and I was able to easily lock in on effects that were appropriate for each artist. In combination with the par fill lights, the stage area looked almost magical.Later, when the dance party started, I set the tube lights to cycle through the musically reactive settings and I'm sure that it was the combination of both the music choices AND the lighting that made the stage-turned-dancefloor fill up IMMEDIATELY with vibing dancers who stayed on the floor the rest of the evening. The overall effect was of a much bigger and more vibrant show than we've done at this venue in the past.These lights were absolutely a hit with everyone.I had them running continuously for about 5 hours with no noticeable loss of brightness. Also worth noting, when I first received the lights, I charged them fully then put them away. Yesterday morning, I checked their charge just to be certain they were ready for the evening. The blue charging lights on all four blinked for a few seconds, but then went to steady blue, indicating that they had indeed held their charge while in storage. The same can't be said for other rechargeable lights I have owned. But these tube lights do hold their charge and work for at least 5-6 hours on a single charge, as advertised.Given how well things went last night, I will be using these all the time now for events.

I bought these due to the price point. They were much cheaper than the "name" brand. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong! These lights are awesome. I can charge them the night before a wedding and they will last for the entire Cocktail Hour and Reception with battery still left in them. I love the different color functions and they go with everything! If you run a DJ business on a budget like me, do yourself a favor and BUY THESE LIGHTS!

Upon receiving these tube lights I was actually curious about how long would they last. I did not charge them at all, just setup the legs and power on. Several hours later they were still going strong, no charge needed.I plan to use them with my 360 photo booth set up, DJ-ing gigs, they look great! Each tube has their own remote control, lots of options, the tubes are made out of plastic so you need to handle them with care, keep the foam they came with and have a 6 ft bag to transport them and you should be ok.

Got so many compliments from everyone. Highly recommend.
