Works when you follow the instructions. Boost in speed and accuracy.
When I started taking this, I was trying one or two pills at a time (as it's pretty expensive) but didn't feel any noticeable affects and figured it was junk. After trying out some other supplements, I came back to finish off the bottle at the full dosage of 3 pills, since I might as well.Wow! These things really work, but it seemed to take a few days to kick in the first time round. I do stack it with 200mg of caffeine in the morning and one dosage of Nutrition Essentials Neuro Clarity (St Johns Wort, L-Glutamine, etc) at lunch time along with my One a Day vitamin, and I've noticed that I've got a sustained focus and motivation to keep powering through the desk job part of my business, and mental stamina for the long hours, blue collar service part of my business. It's a calm, in-control sort of feeling, and as an asocial introvert by default, I notice that my interactions with people while operating machinery under pressure is a little more fluid, and irritates me less, which is a big deal in my line of work.I've tried another popular supplement (probably the most popular one in the nootropic community, which I won't mention) and the major side effect with it was, at full dosage, I had SERIOUS trouble sleeping. Ciltep doesn't have this side effect, and has at least 80% of its efficacy on the third day of taking it straight. I started a regimen of full dosages of Ciltep on Thursday ~ Saturday, as my most stressful days are typically on Saturdays, and I've been kicking butt, working 14 hours on my feet. I've had a monster energy drink with me in my cooler, just in case, but I haven't needed it since I've been on Ciltep. I used to be addicted to monster, and was having two per day, and sometimes three on Saturdays for the last three or four years until I discovered nootropics, just to give you an idea. Just a side warning, if you've never been hooked on energy drinks, don't start! If you are, try tapering off of it with the help of nootropics. Also, a major difference with the afore-un-mentioned supplement is that, that one didn't make me smarter. It for sure boosted my motivation (the area I needed the most help) and focus especially when I was doing stuff around the house. I love to clean when I'm on it for some reason. The unfortunate thing about this is, I would start doing things before thinking about the process of the task first, and would have to do it over, or realize afterword that I could have done it in a more efficient way. Basically, my speed and zeal went up but my accuracy went down because my brain can't catch up, so my overall productivity didn't increase in relation to my increase in activity. In contrast, Ciltep improved my cognitive abilities and helped me route signal paths (audio) in my mind in elegant ways I hadn't thought of before, with both speed and accuracy. I imagine, if you work in computer coding, IT, electrician, or any kind of highly technical engineering which involves creative problem solving and challenges in synthesis, Ciltep will greatly enhance your efficacy.I'm sold. I just ran out, and re-ordered another bottle, and it's going to be my go-to for sure. Your mileage may vary, but I recommend that you give this a try.

Notable increase in energy, focus, and mental acuity.
I am 3/4 through my first bottle and I LOVE it! It has a had a noticeable positive impact in my mood, energy, and brainpower. The big "aha!" that I recently had was when I realized that I've read four books in the past month. I am a busy person and I don't normally have the time to read. Plus, I struggle with dyslexia . But, in the past few weeks I have read four awesome books (The Three Body Problem, The Martian, Ready Player One, and Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future.)This was a "side effect." I wasn't using CILTEP because I was having a hard time reading. I don't normally read books. But, using CILTEP I just have a mental voracity to use my brain. I bought because of the positive things that I have read about it.I do notice a difference when I take it - a notable "sharpmess" (or some may call it a buzz.) It may bother others, but I love it. It gives me that feeling of being "dialed-in" - like when you are studying deeply or solving a complex problem. I love it!Sometimes I play video games online. A guilty pleasure - only when I have time. So, I am not that good. But, I do notice that when I use CILTEP my frag rate and position on the leader board are higher.I have to add that I am not taking this supplement alone. I have been following the basic Bulletproof supplement protocol (i.e., D3, Magnesium + Potassium, Iodine + Selenium, DHA/EPA, K2, Vit C, Vit A, Copper, B12 + Folinic Acid.) I had been doing that for several months. But, I noticed a difference when I added CILTEP.IMHO, it deserves the full 5-stars. I think you need to ignore those who stopped because it gave them a "funny feeling" or only took it once or twice. Also, it's probably not right for everyone. But, for me, it's great.

So far so good
It's been nearly three weeks since I purchased this product and overall I like it and find it beneficial. I tend to be sensitive to medications and supplements so I really try to limit the amount of any of them that I take. Currently I take CoQ10 and a blood pressure medication for my borderline high blood pressure. I've tried various multi-vitamins and a few other supplements over the years but the side effects inevitably cause me to stop taking them. The benefit of Celtip for me is about 4 hours of really clear thought and focus during which I can get more work done in my office or more work done around the house than usual. I'm a 46 year old male and when I take Celtip I feel mentally like I did 10-15 years ago - simply able to get more done in a shorter period of time. I'm much less likely to get distracted (which I've always tended to do) and things are just 'easier' to get done. I mentioned I'm sensitive to medications and supplements and so far the only thing I've noticed is a very slight shift in my balance / equilibrium where if I get out of my chair I might feel just a very little off balance when I start walking across the room. It's very subtle but it's there. Knock on wood if this is the only side effect for me then I'm ok with that. Yes, I only seem to get only about 4 hours of strong focus and then the effect tapers off over the next 2 hours or so. I've taken only 1 capsule per day so far either in the morning or at mid-day and so far I've taken it about 4 days out of 7. I may take it 2-3 days in a row and then skip a day or two. In terms of productivity at work and home the initial investment for the bottle has already paid for itself many times over with just the 12 or so capsules that I've taken in the first 3 weeks. I'll try to update my review if anything changes.
