It is comfortable on the neck and does not weigh me down. I have small hair on the lower area of my head and it does not pull them! I recommend this product.

I absolutely love this item the Price is great and they definitely didn’t spare on the product itself it runs great I use religiously since I got it from 8 am to 1 pm on full it’s easy to use with the push button on the side the size is perfect and the extra comfort in the back of the neck is awesome and glad they thought to put them there the airflow is absolutely awesome full blast is amazing I will be buying more of these as we go to theme parks a lot and they are a great addition to the those hot Florida days

I ordered this neck cooling fan, in black, because of the advertised running time per charge, and it was just as advertised. I live in a very hot and humid location during the summer months, and I wanted a neck fan that was better than the one I already had that would last only an hour. This one has two batteries, one on each side, and comes with a charging cord that splits off to charge both sides at the same time. Charging time is very fast. I ran it on the second speed and it was more than 6 hours of continuous operation while I did yard work. I like that the fans are positioned to blow air up to my face and neck, where the older type I had only blew at the neck. I like this model so much that I bought two more for a backup, one in beige and one in purple, because the price is super reasonable. Buy one and you will love it.

This neck fan is sleek, lol. It not only looks cool but keeps you super cool with 4 speeds! I've had 2 or 3 other neck fans over the last couple of years that quit charging or working in some capacity. This one looks sturdy and more features ( neck cushion, extra speeds). I gave it as a gift but ordered and received another for myself and can't wait to use it! With the neck fans I've had, if you went out in the heat, the fan blows warm air ( intake thing, maybe). Not sure about this one. It's still coolish here in Vegas for now. Will update.

Bought this for my wife and her hot flashes. I must admit after receiving and testing we are going to buy two more for myself and son. This is a lifesaver and works very well. We live in Florida and plan on trying these at the parks next. The low setting is perfect and last hours. The high setting will blow dry your hair! It seems well made and solid. Charged fast and the price was right.
