This product is very useful

I am a great believer in omega fatty oil supplements, given my advanced years (70+). This one has them all - not only the absolutely essential #3, but also #6, #7 and #9 - it is one of the very few supplements to include #7. But, as is often the case for all supplements, think carefully before you buy. Omega fatty acids are not exceptionally dangerous if taken in excess, but almost all of us get more than adequate amounts of #6 (and consequently #9) in our diets, especially Indian fried foods, #3 cannot be synthesised in the body, is essential, but occurs mostly in animal-sourced foods, while #7 is a "newcomer" which needs more research. These supplements are expensive, so my firm advice is to consult with your family doctor first.
