Good quality and value for money
Build quality of the knife is very good, made of thick aluminum I guess and will surely last long. Though I wish it had rubber coating for better grip. It has storage space for two extra blades but we need a screw driver to remove the case and replace the blades. The one I received was old stock or used I guess because it had scratches and tiny dents. There was no issues with functionality though and blades were good so I didn't mind returning it.

It's a 'Buy it for life' product.
The first hands on impression was just amazing. When you hold it in your hands you know how sturdy heavy it is built and it can withstand anything. It's a heavy (weight) and that's a good thing you don't need to press too hard to cut anything. The blades are super strong and the snap-off blades are no match for it. Sharpness wise it is very sharp but not extraordinary razor sharp as it is meant for heavy duty work. This is my first trapezoidal utility knife so I can't compare the blades with any other brand but these blades are thick and super strong. I tested cutting MDF and popsicle sticks and it cuts 10 times better than any offline market snap-off knives. Overall i got it at 315 and at this price it is worth every penny. You get 2 extra blades in the compartment. One of the best purchases I've made. There is no competition. (Except maybe Taparia UK-3?)

Reliable and Robust Tool!
I've been using the Stanley box cutter for a few months now, and it has become an indispensable tool in my toolbox. The durability of this cutter is exceptional, thanks to its solid metal body that can withstand the rigors of heavy use without any signs of wear or damage. It feels robust and well-made, which is exactly what I need in my line of work. One of the standout features of this box cutter is its heavy-duty design. It handles tough materials with ease, making it perfect for both professional and home use. Whether I'm opening large shipments at work or tackling DIY projects at home, this cutter makes the job effortless. The inclusion of two additional blades is a bonus. It's very convenient as it saves me the hassle and expense of buying replacements anytime soon. Changing the blades is also a breeze, which further enhances my productivity and efficiency.Overall, I highly recommend the Stanley box cutter to anyone in need of a reliable, sturdy, and efficient cutting tool

OK, but a bit unwieldy
This is a much larger knife than I expected, even though the sliding blade projects only a couple of centimetres. The knife comes with three blades inside the handle (which must be unscrewed to remove and install a blade). The blades tend to rattle inside the handle during use, but the knife works well otherwise.I use this knife primarily as a marking knife for woodworking, i.e., to cut straight lines on wood using a ruler/square. For this application, I do appreciate the length of the handle, because I have large hands, but the bulk of the knife tends to obstruct my view sometimes. Also note that the blade is double-bevelled, so one has to hold it tilted to make a perfectly vertical mark. With some practice, I have learned to get along with this knife, and I certainly don't regret buying it, but it's not the ideal marking knife. Of course, it works fine as a utility knife, to cut tape and open boxes and the like.(If you are looking for the marking knife that Paul Sellers uses, this isn't it. It's much bigger and heavier than the knife he uses, which at the time of writing this review is not available on Amazon India.)Edit: one thing I forgot to mention is that the blades come hollow-ground on both sides, and therefore the edge is quite fragile and loses its keenness quickly. Nevertheless, the steel is not bad, and the blades can easily be resharpened on a whetstone or similar. It works much better after sharpening. I've been using the same blade heavily for several months, and still have two unused blades in reserve.

Well balanced, extremely good blades
Heavy but well balanced. The blade clicks safely into the handle so it’s unlikely to just come out and cause an injury. There are three blades inside the handle, giving a total of six edges to use.The only negative is that the single screw which holds it together isn’t that easy to open. Bad die on the one side? The biggest surprise was that it’s made in the USA.
