Excellent value for the money
I bought a whole 20 pound ribeye, and needed a knife to break it down. This knife arrived very quickly, and is EXTREMELY SHARP. I was able to break down the entire Rib Eye very quickly and the knife held its edge very well. I would definitely recommend this for someone that doesn't butcher every day and doesn't need the top of the line. This is a great knife for the average kitchen. I liked it so much that I kept the box to store it in so it doesn't get confused with the normal knives.

Razor sharp

Not a meat cleaver.
Perks is that it came very sharp, really cuts vegetables very well. Problem is the edge of the blade is very fine. Which gives it the sharpness. So was cutting meat and hit a bone which rolled the edge of the blade up. It's fixable with a stone but has a knick in the blade now.
