love the fact that the blade comes with a cover. i have a difficult time cutting thin slices of my sourdough loaves with a normal bread knife but this one cuts through like butter and im able to cut thin slices that will fit into a toaster! i’m truly obsessed with this

Works great but watch your fingers when you’re cleaning it. Chops the end of your thumb off before you realize it.

The knife is very sharp and makes cutting bread evenly much easier. However it's hard to cut all the way through at the end of the bread. Still it's a good quality knife and does help with cutting homemade bread. It's a good size too.

I thought this might be gimmick-y, but decided to try it since so many home bread makers are using them in their social media videos. It's actually fantastic. It's sharp, it glides through crusty artisan loaves like butter. I'm impressed.
