I bought these because I was looking for a vegan omega supplement. Unfortunately, even just taking one a day, I was getting pretty bad indigestion so I had to stop taking them. The flavor is unpleasant, but its bearable. It tastes like a very earthy candy. If you struggle with flavors like this then this probably isn't the right choice for you. My issue was the indigestion however.

I m allergic to fish and this tastes fish . may stomach was upset from a couple gummies

These omega 3 gummies are a great addition to your daily vitamin intake. I think they taste great, and the texture is similar to a fruit snack, which is nice. With three jars included, I think this is a great value. I would recommend trying them, but I would suggest comparing to other brands first to see if this is something you'd like, or if you'd prefer a single jar instead of the three-pack.

Chewable, and good tasting, with a hint of orange but stronger lemon at least to my taste. You get a daily blast of Omega 3,6, and 9, along with Vitamin C, flaxseed oil and DHA.Low sodium and low on sugar. The serving size is 3 gummies, so each bottle is a 10 day supply, thus the 3 included bottles lasts 30 days.They're non-gmo, gluten free, vegan friendly, nut and dairy free. I like the flavor and may be going back for a 2nd order when these are consumed.

Gummies are my favorite way to take supplements. And they are vegan if that’s important to you. Added flaxseed oil, which is a big health benefit. Three gummies though is a lot to take.But the taste is a little off. And I take various powder supplements which are not the best tasting thing to digest. So there’s a lot of good, but if it doesn’t taste right, you probably won’t continue taking them.
