Joyo. They probably come out of some factory in China under different names. Name brand aside, they're cheap tuners but work just fine.

Does half step tuning actually work on this? I haven’t been able to get the # symbol to appear and when Im down tuning

Set the tuner on C (chromatic) instead of G (standard guitar tuning)

How wide do the jaws open?

It opens pretty wide. I have a bass and it fit on the ke peg area

Is there a warranty. Mine doesnt work. It drains battery even when off?
