I need vitamin supplements because of Bariatric surgery and additional surgical changes to my GI tract. I am always looking for easy to swallow capsules that will allow me to get the most out of the supplement possible. I cannot tell if I am getting all of the benefit but, I do notice that I feel better when I take these consistently.Also, the amount of them is a great plus for me because I don’t have to keep ordering them and remembering not to run out of them.

I heard these were good so purchased some. So easy to swallow. No after taste or anything. Small pea size. The resealable bag makes for easy access. Just don't forget to seal and have the bag tip over ;)
