Q: looking for a 4.5 inch bung for a wide mouthed deimjohn..is this big enough?I cant tell by the pic

You need to look for a size 16 stopper which is normally 5 inch at top and 3 1/2 at bottom and about 2 in long.

Thanks. This is not identified by a numerical size and are merely known as 'large'. However, these are bigger than a typical #9 rubber stopper.

Q: Diameter of the bung at the narrow end? Material rubber or hard plastic? Needed for a plastic jug with a 44 mm opening

It is a rubber but is too big for a normal 5 gallon jug so I can’t use it.
