Is it made from fermented cacao beans?

There is nothing on the package to indicate is made from “fermented cacao beans”. What it says is: “Organic Cacao Powder”:.. Our powder is finely ground from the highest quality , cold pressed cacao beans and left in its most natural state. No sweeteners, fillers or extracts”. I use it every day dissolved in my morning coffee. It’s very good.
