I’ve been taking this in conjunction with a separate tongkat Ali supplement and DIM to regulate hormone levels and I’ve seen pretty decent improvements in testosterone and muscle developement. Highly suggest getting a DIM supplement with it. Good stuff, recommend this first over trying to get TRT or jumping on grey market stuff like sarms.

Read this and then buy this stuff.Mid thirties and plateaued on most PR's. Changing exercises and workouts not seeming to change that. Just finished my first bottle and here's the breakdown.First week: No noticeable change but irritable over small things/confrontational.Second week: Still no noticable change but mood returned to normal.Third week: Big boost in performance. Was able to do more max weight reps and jump 10-20lbs per lift exercise over the week before.Fourth-eighth weeks: Continued progression, going up on weights and reps literally every 2-3 workouts per body group. No real side effects except needing to pee more often than usual.I've gained more muscle mass and overall strength in 8 weeks on this product than the prior 8 months. A friend who hadn't seen me in a few months told me I was jacked and even family started commenting. Okay so I am a 22 year old male who has taken this for about 2 weeks with only missing one day. I didn't do any blood work FYI. I do calisthenics and spiritual practice, and have read that sexual energy is a big competent in having general energy and realization. I'm also aware of the chemical castration our society has with BPA's and foods attacking male drive. I purchased the extract to increase my testosterone, libido, and overall calisthenic performance. I take this along side Ashwagandha, and have been taking ashwagandha for more than some months.. I did not change things like my diet, sleep schedule etc. I maintained my lifestyle....As a comparison of when I began the supplementation versus before doing so, I noticed my exercises were able to be done with more intensity for more repetitions. Recovery has not really been a noticeable time period between workouts as of recently. I only feel tired in the moment right after my workouts, but throughout the day I have energy that is not artificially derived. I have an overall more focused demeanor, like a more proper executive function is noticeable. A bird's eye view of my emotions, and more motivated to speak to the opposite sex. Definitely increased libido, which has been good for directing it towards goals in life besides women. My willingness to take action, and the foundational feeling that makes you feel like a male is noticeable. All that has been mentioned was not an extreme change but definitely a ramp up from how I was feeling from before. I'm going to continue using it regardless lol.

Well it's been right at a month. I haven't really got gotten the results that others say as far as get a lot more energy and gains in the gym. I'm going to continue taking it for the next month and to see if anything happens then. If not, I'll cancel the subscription. We'll see. Right now I'm giving it a three out of five stars because I could just not be realizing it. My body seems to absorb things very well. I couldn't. I can't gain any weight even taking muscle mass. High metabolism and all that.

This stuff really works!

I experienced temporary blindness due to what I think was extreme photo sensitivity. Also trouble breathing and chest pain. Side note the bioperine black pepper dose is more than double what is needed and will likely cause you to develop GI bleeding or irritation with chronic use.For reference I am lean (<15% bf) and fit (>50ml/kg v02 max) individual with no chronic medical history or medications prescribed who has experience training and taking supplements.The serving size is 2 pills. I took one pill with breakfast and another pill a few hours later with more food. Within 20 minutes of the second pill I noticed my vision starting to get blurry and distorted. I eventually could only see a very small portion of my field of vision. It was similar to if you walk outside without sunglasses and your eye are adjusting but I was inside working and I did not change lighting at all and instead of my eyes adjusting it got worse until I had to stop work and figure out what was going on. I read on the bottle you need to drink "a LOT of water", I drank about 200 ml with each pill so I took anelectrolyte and drank another 600 ml of water. My vision returned after being effectively blind for 45 minutes.I cannot speak to effectiveness as after my first dose and losing vision I threw the bottle in the trash. Be an adult and decide for yourself if the juice is worth the squeeze pun intended.
