The flowers are anchored on wire that is wrapped in floral tape & ribbon. It can easily be shaped to pretty much any size head and there is extra ribbon in the back to tie it if the "halo" itself isn't big enoug.

Q: Is the flowers on the wreath removable?

No they are not, but you could super glue some new flowers maybe next to them

Q: Can this be used as a regular headband? If i cut off the ribbon will that work?

It's more like a crown than a headband, your hair may get caught in the flowers otherwise. But yes, it would work. You don't have to cut off the ribbon, it's comes off. I removed the ribbon and wear it with regular clothes.
