I read the label saying 30000mg, thinking that is what I was buying. It is not 30,000mg. It is only 10,000mg.AND the dose for 10,000mg is two capsules but the recommended dose is only 1 capsule.Also, the very small print under the 30000mg on the label says this is an equivalent dose. That makes no sense. If it is equivalent, it is the same. 30000mg is not equivalent to 10,000mg unless you take 6 capsules, not 2 or just 1.I will stick with a different product - NutriFlair Organic Citrus Bergamot 1400mg, 120 Capsules - 25:1 Citrus Bergamia
