Brilliant
I’m not a professional chef and have only had cheap knives in the past, so I can’t comment on how good these knives are for people who really know their stuff. But for a limited amateur home cook I can say these knives are brilliant. Super nice and comfortable to use. Super sharp. Cuts through everything with ease (including my finger nail - be careful!).

Arrived with a damaged box but no others in stock to replace
Good knives but had to fix the box ourselves as it arrived damaged. Was going to return but was told there were no replacement options.Disappointing but all fixed in time for Christmas
