Building you forearms
The pulley system is super quiet and smooth. The c-clamps are an easy way for me to attach it to the counter while I waited for my arm wrestling table. Strengthen those tendons using this. The build quality is pretty beefy too.

Not for those with foam topped armwrestling tables.
You are probably better off investing a little more in a pulley system that attaches better to the table if your table has a foam top. You will find that this pulley depresses the foam and slips out from under clamps if you use above 50 lbs. If you are luckier than me, you will punch yourself in the face lifting less than 110 pounds on backpressure... In order to continue using this pulley I have to secure it with a number of straps. This makes the process of equipping this pulley between actual pulling tedious to say the least.If your table isn't foam topped, then it's great! The build quality is good and the included orange strap is my preferred strap for rise now.
