Excellent calming gummies for anxiety. I researched all the ingredients before my purchase. It is my fifth bottle and I am very pleased with this product. However a few days ago I came across a new research indicating that Ashwaganda causes liver toxicity. So do your own research to be sure and please share your findings.

My 15 year old has been taking these for the last 4 months & he is doing THE BEST he has EVER did with focusing in school. I used to get calls from the school about him being easily distracted & his grades were always below average since he was in elementary school all the way to high school. He's in the 10th grade now & this school year has been the 1st time EVER where I have received calls from his school counselor praising him on how well he has improved with focusing in class & with his class work. His last report card was his 1st card marking EVER where he was not failing a class. These calming gummy's work so good for him and he says they don't taste bad either. I'll definitely keep ordering.

I've only taken these twice a day for 5 days and I can say that they do help, but the effect seems to wear off after a couple of hours for me. I will continue to take them and see if this gets better. The flavor to me is very good. Tastes just like the kid's fruit snacks! I don't feel too drowsy when I take them. Makes me feel a little more happy at work.

Update: Seller reached out to me after my initial review. Great customer service. I don't think there was anything wrong with this product at all. Unfortunately it just didnt work for my son. Certain medications and even natural supplements don't affect him as they should so I think it's just one of the ingredients that doesn't work for him. The product we recieved was fresh and I know it's worked well for some others so I truly appreciate seller reaching out to me. If these ingredients do work for you then I would definitely recommend this seller and this product.My son is autistic and I bought these to help him calm and sleep. After taking I noticed he looked tired but it seemed to cause his stimming to get worse. It was almost contradictory because he looked tired and wore out but couldn't stop moving and stimming. He was also more irritated and moody. The two days I tried this he got up both nights in the middle of the night and was up for hours before he went back to sleep. I didn't like the way these affected him. They didn't help at all and actually made things worse. Didn't do any of the things its suppose to for him. Not saying it's the brand at all. But the ingredients, not sure which exactly and maybe all of them, they just didn't work for him. Shipping was quick and gummies seemed fresh but unfortunately didn't work for us.

For some reason, I wake from a restful sleep for no apparent reason at 3 a.m. almost every night! At that hour, all of life's stresses gang up on me, and my mind can't shut down. So I reach into my nightstand for two of these gummies. (I sometimes also take one "MidNite sleep cycle support" ) and that does the trick! I fall back asleep fairly quickly and stay asleep until morning. (Then 24 hours later, at 3 a.m. the next night I usually do it again!)I am not a teenager, but i highly recommend these gummies for coping with life's stresses.

It helps my kids to sleep but doesn’t help with calmness but will try for another month just make sure

My teen daughter found this worked better than melatonin.

If you are taking these to help with sleep quality take about 4 to 5 hours before you go to bed.
