Terrible mechanism toilet lid where it’s stuck on keeps falling on back and neck
We absolutely disappointed. The toilet seat when I it’s stuck on the back main toilet lid it initially seems fine. However the problems start when the toddler goes to sit on the seat and the back lis will fall on the toddlers Back and back of neck meaning the product becomes a danger and toddler cannot independently go to the toilet. I always have to supervise him to ensure the minute he moves I am there to catch the toilet lid because that is where the mini toilet seat is attached.2nd ProblemThe hole is very small hence why the toddler has to adjust several times by moving back and tilting his head to ensure he is aiming correctly whilst sitting and holding his private parts so he does not miss the seat hole. By adjusting it obviously agitates the lid to move hence why the lid will fall on your back. This is a poor design a maybe the affixed mini seat is a worth a try… this has been rubbish. I may need to buy another to try and see if I can stick on differently maybe without toilet lid but I close lid when I flush to stop germs spreading especially after a number 2!!!

Good but could be better
While these are good alternative to replacing the entire toilet seat I find there are a few issues which takes away from it being a great product overall. The first is the opening for the child to sit is very small compared to the likes of a ladder with the toilet reducer or the family toilet seat. This means when it's time to wipe you're struggling to find space for your hand to fit while trying not get poop on your hand and making sure the child doesn't fall face first on the floor because you've had to scoot them forward. The other issue is it feels quite flimsy and cheap when attached as there's not enough tape to hold it firm in place so if you're not extremely gently with it you could rip the seat off the hinge. I feel another piece of double sided tape on the bottom part just above the hinge would solve this problem. But with kids using it and not caring to be gentle I don't think it will stand thst of time, but we'll see.The pros however are that it's cheap, easy to clean, not bulky and no faffing about with ladders when adults need to use the toilet and not having to replace your entire toilet seat (or 3 in my case)
