One of the item in the checklist for the Everest base camp.Lots of people recommended on their YouTube channel to have this handy. Since the accommodation to the EBC has very thin ealls, you hear people talking from the other rooms, dog barking, snoring, etc, 😉This came as a set of 3.It's easy to use and quite good quality, and fits comfortably 8n my ears. It is very effective in terms of noise proof.I am glad I bought one.

Quite good but don't always stay in
These do help keep my ears dry as I swim very often -( crawl 1 mile+) but I have found them pop out during the swim. Perhaps it's the shape of me ears?
