I have previously purchased a famous brand name AREDS2 vitamin mineral supplement suggested by my doctor to support my eye health including the macula. This famous brand and their formulation's eye supplement is recommended by eye experts to help and support in that regard. This product is quite similar to the famous name brand and is actually enhanced with many additional important ingredient including antioxidants. Each bottle contains 60 easy to swallow capsules with a suggested serving size of 2 vegetable capsules/day giving you a 30 day supply/bottle. And with this 3-bottle purchase you'll be covered for 90 days. JB Wellness it seems as indicated on this Amazon listing is a small business and its product label states they provide premium quality ingredients that are responsibly sourced. My bottle shows a product expiration, as of this writing to be 22 months. I find it interesting that ordering nutritional supplements from different brands and companies, are varied in terms of detailed company information on the product description page. As of this time, although the label on this product and this Amazon product listing does not detail the product's company information, certification or high standards, I noticed another of their product listing states that it is made in the USA, in a FDA registered facility, and uses Non-GMO ingredients. With that in mind, I feel this AREDS2 is an extensive nutritional formulation to support eye and vision health. So, if you're looking to support your eye health, compare and decide yourself if this value-added formulation which can last you 90 days vs a name brand formulation which can last you 120 days and the price is best for you. I like this formulation.

This supplement contains vitamins and minerals aimed at eye health. The combination of ingredients seems quite good and I feel that this is a good product. However, I am not sure if this is a vegetarian product or not. The bottle does not claim that it is. The one questionable ingredient is n-acetyl-l-cysteine and the label does not state whether it is derived from an animal or plant-based form of L-cysteine.

My wife works for an eye specialist and I have heard talk of this formula many times before. I have never had any issues with my eyes and i would like to keep it that way. So i have been taking this to as a precautionary supplement. They are easy to swallow and do not leave a bad aftertaste.

Got these right before seeing my optometrist. He gave them the okay for what they contained however he also said they are formulated for specific eye conditions which No one in my house has. I got them for the variety of supplements in one capsule so I could reduce load I take in one day. These work well, no after taste, easy to swallow and all in all lot of caps for money.
