Value for money, I don't even use full blast at 50% it's enough to humidity a medium room. Run noiselessly and from the past 6 months only once I had to clean. I use filter water. So easy to use. Plants are happy and instructions are not even needed. You can switch off the light for nights as well. Definitely trusting the brand.

The media could not be loaded. It was working nicely for 8 days after that it doesn’t work anymore I don’t have any customer care support, yesterday I mailed to the customer care of the product but there is no response so ridiculous

This is a silent humidifier that works well in creating a continuous mist. You need to place it at a height above the floor so that the mist has space to mix in the air and make it humid. There are a few parts of the product description that are incorrect. "In sleep mode, the air humidifier will intelligently maintain a 40-60%RH" - there is no separate sleep mode or humidity detector to maintain a level of humidity. As this is an ultrasonic humidifier, it will continuously emit mist regardless of the humidity level. If you want humidity control, look for an evaporative type humidifier. "It will auto shut off when the time is up" - there is no timer in the device, the auto shut off happens only when it runs out of water. Also, the power cord is not detachable as claimed in the description. None of these inaccuracies are major, it is a well-made product that makes a significant improvement in the indoor comfort level.

Works really well. Its a cool mist humidifier. This review is after 1 month usage. Working well so far. Good quality and detachable parts that make is easy to top refill.All in all pretty good for mid size rooms. I have mainly used it with room heater to keep the dryness away.

This product is working well value for money and increases humidity levels

I am very unsatisfied with this purchase. Out of the box it is missing the cleaning brush and aroma pads, looks like it has been melted in some kind of fire, and has been used by someone else before. There are finger prints and some kind of oil all over the outside of the product, and it has a very strong odor. Also the water tank cover will not come off, it seems melted to the water tank.I was really looking forward to this because there are so many good reviews but I can’t say one good thing about this product. It is unusable and I will be asking for a refund.
