Fantastic sugar alternative
So, I recently stumbled upon ALTist Allulose Syrup while on my never-ending quest to satisfy my sweet tooth without expanding my waistline. As someone who’s tried every sugar substitute under the sun, I was cautiously optimistic but ready for a new adventure. Little did I know, this syrup would take me on a wild ride.**The Good:**Let’s start with the positives—this syrup is like liquid gold for anyone on a keto diet, or just trying to avoid the sugar rollercoaster. It’s got zero sugar, zero net carbs, zero fats, and somehow still manages to be sweet. Seriously, it’s like they bottled a miracle. The consistency is spot-on, very much like honey, which means it’s perfect for drizzling over pancakes, stirring into your morning coffee, or making your low-calorie desserts taste like they came from a real bakery.**The Not-So-Good:**But here’s where things get a little...interesting. You see, I got a little too excited and decided to test it out in *everything*—from tea to cookies. Word to the wise: while this syrup is sweet and lovely, it’s got a trick up its sleeve. Overdo it, and your digestive system might start staging a rebellion. Let’s just say my stomach and I had a few “long talks” after I used half the bottle in one day. Moderation is key, folks!**Pro Tips & Practical Advice:**- If you’re new to allulose, start slow. This isn’t a challenge you want to rush into. And it’s VERY sweet.- Perfect for keto baking, but don’t expect it to brown or caramelize like regular sugar.- Great in cold drinks, but be mindful—this syrup is a little runnier than honey, so watch your pour unless you’re into super sweet iced tea!**Recommendation:**Overall, ALTist Allulose Syrup is a fantastic sugar alternative for anyone looking to cut carbs and calories without sacrificing sweetness. Just keep in mind that while it might taste like sugar, your body knows the difference—so use it wisely. Whether you’re a keto warrior or just trying to make better choices, this syrup has got your back. Just be prepared for some unexpected “adventures” if you go overboard. Happy sweetening!

Super sweet in a good way, can use less product
It’s sweeter than my previous brand of Allulose syrup. I bought this because it was a better price. I like it so much. The monk fruit added to allulose sets this one apart. Great add to keto chaffles & bakes, and so lovely in my hot coffee or cappuccino. Good choice. Has a solid lid (not flimsy), bottle feels nice in the hand, easy to open, pour and close.

Not sure its worth the money
1st time trying. I don’t taste the sweetness so I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I bought it to make homemade Keto creamer. I may try a different recipe. If I still don’t taste any sweetness, what’s the point, I may as well not use anything.

Best alternative to sugar
I’ve been using this Monk Fruit Powder Sweetener for a few weeks now, and I must say it has completely transformed the way I sweeten my food and drinks. This product is an excellent alternative to traditional sugar and even other sugar substitutes. Here’s why I’m impressed:The powder is fine and dissolves easily in both hot and cold liquids, which is great for beverages like coffee, tea, or even smoothies. It’s also easy to mix into recipes for baking or cooking.Since it’s derived from monk fruit, it’s a natural sweetener with no calories, making it a fantastic choice for those watching their sugar intake, whether for weight management or diabetes control. I also appreciate that it doesn’t contain any artificial additives.Overall, this Monk Fruit Powder Sweetener has become a staple in my kitchen. It’s a fantastic sugar alternative that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to make a healthier choice without sacrificing flavor.

Not Pure Allulose, scary ingredient
I hope you are familiar with Allulose sweeteners. Pure Allulose is a great product - it's only downfall is it is usually fairly expensive and it is only 70% as sweet as sugar. The liquid form is great for drinks and making Keto ice-creams as it helps the ice-cream set without becoming hard or icy. The granulated version can be melted with butter to make a delicious caramel. This ALTist Allulose is not 100% pure Allulose. When you look on the description page, there is a drop-down menu "Ingredients" says Allulose - the price was fair for the amount of product, so I ordered it.Yes, it is sweet, sweeter than pure allulose - which tipped me off to look at the label and sure enough, there is "Modified Stevia" whatever modified means - to me it means processed- unhealthy. There is also "Monk Fruit Extract" - might be all right, I am guessing, but the kicker is "Baikal Skullcap" ??? I had to look it up. Side effects can cause blood clotting problems. Can have the same effects as estrogen, so if you have uterine cancer, breast cancer or other estrogen sensitive conditions, this ingredient can cause real issues, it is also linked to stomach pain, bloating, constipation or the opposite. WebMD says to limit usage to 8 weeks or less for Baikal Skullcap. There are reports of liver and lung issues with Baikal Skullcap - I mean why would a manufacturer put this in a sweetener? Especially one that says the only ingredient is Allulose? I know I am not buying it again, and yes, I realize the amount of these non allulose ingredients are very small, but I am not happy to be misled when I am looking for healthy alternatives.
