My Experience
I am new to baking so this was a challenge. Generally very pleased with the result. Read here all those one star reviews regarding sticking and my first thought was " What recipe are you using? I greased mine with the butter (an extravagance) that the recipe contained from Prue Leith and it absolutely came out whole - no sticking. Hope this may help you to try again.20/12 Have made 5 of these now, 1 a week, and all came out perfectly with different main ingredients. I am still struggling with how to get a perfect result in cooking duration times between over cooked fluted exterior and undercooked middle, with my fan assisted oven. They all taste great.

Great shape
This is an excellent shape, it has real wow factor! It is firm yet malleable, not the easiest to clean but then again it’s a complicated shape. The dishwasher did the dirty work anyway! My main gripe is that despite claiming to be non-stick, and despite very thorough greasing, my delicious marble cake came out with a chunk or two stuck to the mold. I was extremely careful and slow so this couldn’t have been prevented. I think you are either lucky or not lucky at the point of turning out a cake as dynamically-shaped as this! I would none the less recommend it and look forward to being luckier next time!

Excellent product
Really easy to you. Followed online advice and brushed inside with melted butter and doesn’t with flour and cake came out perfectly!

Great Pattern, Doesn't Stick
I bought this on offer for £9.99. A day or two after it arrived I used it to bake Rachel Roddy's ricotta, lemon and olive oil ring cake recipe. Brushed the inside with oil, poured in the batter and 45 minutes at 160° later, took it out, let it cool, turned it upside down and the cake just slid out (see photo). If my family's reaction is anything to go by the pattern made really does turn any cakes baked in it into even more of a wow moment.I'm not usually one to bash other people's cooking but if your cake is sticking in this you've probably done something wrong. Can't compare to a metal bundt tin as I haven't used one but this is less expensive and did the job exactly how I wanted it to.

Came out really easily & had a defined shape
My cake is a bit over done but it came out easily and the bake is even.Didn’t expect the wave to be as noticeable as it is, so I am really pleased as it will still show when iced.Found it easy to clean too (by hand)

Third time lucky
The first two cakes I baked, using this mould, got stuck in it. On my third attempt I made sure to HEAVILY grease the mould with butter and waited an hour, after baking, before attempting to remove the cake. Thankfully that did the trick. Happy with the outcome but would definitely not describe the mould as non-stick.
