They are pretty easy to swallow, but these pills are really large and the dose is 2 of them. Aside from that, they are a good, well-rounded multivitamin that gives me everything I need.

These multivitamins have been a good addition to my daily regimen. The nutrient profile is consistent with other multivitamins I have used with the addition of ashwagandha and choline. As with most of these items, not entirely sure that I can directly connect the supplement to my own health indicators, but have not felt lacking in anything while I've been using them and have had no identifiable related effects. Pleased with these and they are a reasonable value. I'd consider purchasing them again when I run low on multivitamins.

Seeing as I am not a scientist I can not validate the contents of the capsules. But as a reviewer, I can say that this product did meet my expectations and has met my seal of approval.

I got this multivitamin for my wife because her diet is both gluten and dairy free. For us sometimes what is not in a supplement can be just as important as what is in it. This vitamin is amazing because it actually has both: all the daily vitamins and minerals she wants, and none of the unnecessary junk ingredients that get slipped into some supplements.My wife really likes this multivitamin for several reasons. It has all the things that she is wanting in a daily vitamin, and it is gluten and dairy free. It also has a small enough amount of Magnesium that she doesn't have the negative effects that she normally gets from higher doses of Magnesium. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad after taste. And, to top it off they are a great value compared to other supplements we have tried.

I don’t know much about multivitamins so I will leave it to people who know more to review that subject. What I do know is pill size. And capsule size. And these capsules are big. Very big. Large. I would not call them horse pills, not being familiar with those either. Just comparatively speaking, these are BIG. If you can’t handle big pills or capsules, then these are not for you.
