They work great for me
I was diagnosed with Osteo penia and my bones would hurt sometimes when I walk, it seemed possible to break a bone just from taking a step. After about one month of continual use of the pills the pain began to ease off and I could move without the pain. I love this brand and I will continue to take these pills for as long as necessary

Each day I take two to get 1200 calcium. They are really big capsules but i can use them. They have no taste.

Different dosage
I decided to try this brand/dose because it's one pill for same dosage as two of other brands. I have no reason to believe it will be any less effective.
