The Posture smart body fat scale has become a staple in my wellness routine. The voice prompt is a game-changer; no more squinting at tiny displays first thing in the morning—just step on, get a clear verbal readout, and go.

Regular scans from day to day, week to week, are so much more helpful than one every few months, especially as a woman with the usual hormonal changes throughout the month. Really helps to track expected changes and identify anomalies on the fitness journey.No scale/scanner is fool proof, but this home scale is the best I've found to date. When shared between two users, one must turn off Bluetooth after scanning to allow the device to connect to the other's phone. Once we figured this out, we have had no problems.The app software is decent and I like the report mode. Makes it easy to screenshot and send to my trainer. I wish there was a downloadable report that was easier to send, but this is a minor complaint. All in all, we're very pleased with this purchase.

Updated the old scale at my cousin's house to something more fancy like this. It's sleek and shiny black. It turns on automatically at a light pressure so tap it with your foot or hands. It will weigh with accurate results. Compare with the old scale to see how close in pounds they are from one another. If you want to use the fancy features, you'd have to download the app. It's not convenient to use the app each time unless you are set on tracking your body fat and statistics. The battery is on the bottom and is easy to change. The lights are clear and bright. It's a nice gift when you don't know what to give your relatives.

Work good. Granted I'm not a fan of BMI. But great to track progress. App is great at charting progress and sync with my BT tape to add measurements to the app
