Oh man they slide so easily across my carpet! I thought my sneakers wouldn’t stay on the foam side. I was wrong. Mountain climbers are now “available” (I’m not a fan of that phrase) to me!Oh my gosh, I am so winded right now!!

Cheap easy piece of valuable gym equipment
This was a great addition to my home gym. I did need to polish them up with some pledge to make them slide well….thats why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I’m glad I bought them.
