Before taking this high strength dose, do some online research to see what happens to the body when taking too much Vit D3, and, check with your doctor, who can test to see if you are Vit D deficient. As someone whose essentially a big kid who won't take their vitamins unless they taste nice, they have my seal of approval.They're a little waxy to the touch, but entirely unnoticeable in my mouth. The texture is a slightly softer jelly baby with not quite an intense of an orange flavour as those have. They are mild enough to not ruin a cup of tea or coffee if taken just before. I keep mine near the kettle to try to remind myself.
