Excellent quality skirting
The media could not be loaded. I cannot speak highly enough of how good this skirting is. It's very durable, robust , comes in a white colour so no need to paint and you really cannot tell that it is plastic.Being very durable makes it very easy to cut, I sued an electric cutter but a hack saw would easily do the job. I also bought adhesive (not supplied with this) and had no issues sticking this to my wall and also caulk filler (to fill the gap at the top).5m length was sufficient for me and the item arrived without any damage.Great product, excellent price - very, very pleased!

My skirting of choice
I first came across these skirting boards about 3 or 4 years ago when I was designing my mothers extension and interior, at that time they were fitted by professionals and looked wonderful in a newly built extension on perfectly straight and newly painted walls.I have since used these skirting boards while doing 'home improvements' in various rooms of the house and they are exactly that, improvements over the old 100mm wooden skirting which had many layers of ugly gloss on them.I do not have the appropriate electric saws to make fast and perfectly straight cuts, but have been using my multi-tool and I love working with these boards.Easy to cut, easy to make amends, easy to attach to walls with grip-fill or appropriate adhesive, easy to get around corners with internal and external corner piece joints (so you only ever cut these boards straight, no mitred corners) and if joining smaller lengths together, you use the little PVC blocks. Joints are purchased separately of course.The beauty of all of this is that you never need to paint these boards, just wipe clean with a damp cloth or use cleaning wipes for more stubborn marks.I have and will always recommend these to friends and family, also to anyone reading this review.

I am currently doing my home up, on a budget and I am doing the work myself. I bought these as I felt they were a cheaper option. Was very pleased with how they look, nice white satin finish. Cutting them was a bit hard….I bought a hacksaw that worked, then that snapped, so bought a bigger saw, didn’t give such a clean finished edge, ended up buying a small electrical saw and this was much easier and quicker. Although the edges are a little rough I found sanding them gave a great finish. I’m really pleased with them and I have bought more and I have recommended them to friends
