Picture quality is good. No ui lag. but Some features missing and remote is not good.

Very good picture quality.Only remote is downgraded, but does the job, or you can connect with smart things app alos in your smartphone.

Extremely Disappointed – Lacking Features and Poor ServiceThis is one of the worst TVs I’ve owned. In an era where AI and smart technology are standard, this TV doesn’t even have built-in Alexa or Google Assistant—you have to manually type everything just to search. It’s frustrating and outdated for a 2025 product.The sound quality is equally disappointing. I understand a soundbar is ideal for a theatre-like experience, but even my older LG TV had decent bass built in. This one has none at all, which is unacceptable at this price point.Lastly, the service was terrible. The engineer who came to install the TV damaged my old TV right in front of me and then tried to claim it was already like that. I’ve used that TV for 8 years and I know for a fact it was in perfect condition before he touched it.Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience—both in terms of product and service. Not recommended.

Awesome Television with punchy colours and deep blacks. I own a Crystal 4k from Samsung as well as this QLED now, and this is undoubtedly better than the Crystal 4k although at a slight premium. For a premium experience its a definite worthy upgrade. Samsung installation was also top notch.

Display resolution is superb and above expectations fro the tv of this price range, sound quality is not up to the mark or can say below average, very light weight product yet effective. Go for it if you are getting deal near about 45 k. Not a bad deal at all. Value for money around 45 K in Amazon sale.

Screen is pretty blue.. i was able to adjust somewhat using samsung smartthing apps.. but it's still weird.. when I watch YouTube sometimes it leaves behind shadows of colored pixel behind on black background. Viewing Angles as good.Remote is stupid 0/5 ..Image quality is good. 2.5/5..Black is good and deep. 4/5..Refresh rate is 60hz 4/5..OS is slow and only limited apps. 2.5/5..Free Wall mount is the worst i have seen.. entire TV shakes. 0/5..I have another tv of LG oled and Its almost 2x better than this.. I was not expecting this much difference.I don't know what's is this tv for.. qled panel is good but then rest of the TV is just not good.. even image processing is poor.
