I upgraded to a rack with a functional trainer. However, it lacked a way to tie me down for lats pulldowns and leg curls. This one fits the budget and functionality for a 2x2 rack with 1" holes. Now, the holes are adjustable, but I have not used that. It seems very well made, and it has expanded the number of exercise options. In a pinch, it even works for a foot pad for rows. Very happy with the price, fit, and durability so far!

Nicely made and durable leg attachment. Fit perfectly on my 2x2 rack rails. It’s adjustable so it would really be great for anyone of any size.

The product works as it should, the quality is what you pay for and this was a simple solution for me to put my bench up to and do we pull downs from my power rack. It works and is worth the price.

It’s a little wobbly, however, it is a very good and convenient product, the pads don’t slip off like similar products seem to do.

I have the ritfit m1 pro (2x2 frame) and this is perfect for me to do Lat pulldowns! I simply slide my bench over to one of my poles and then I can place this onto the rack and securely place it on and then it wont budge, thus allowing for me to do heavier weight on my lat pulldown lifts.The only annoying thing is that it has a lot of plastic wrapped around it. Had to get an Allen wrench and undo some bolts to remove all the plastic that was trapped, but thats minor!

This is a small unit for those with home gyms that have limited space. I mount this to my power cage and use the bench I already have. It is sturdy and works well.
