My vitamin D level usually stays in the toilet at 19. Now, I'm at 56.

I started taking D3 & K2 combination two years ago. I was taking much lower doses and didn't feel much effect. I've been taking this brand and dosage for about two months. I can definitely feel the difference in my energy levels and mood. I am very happy I tried the higher dosage :) The pill is easy to swallow and leaves no taste at all in the mouth. Great value for the price.I very much enjoy this product. However I received two bottles in a twin pack where the capsules were all stuck together. I cannot take even a single one. I thought a return would be simple, but there is not any returns accepted with this product. So, now I will have to shop for similar item in local health store as I cannot afford to spend thirty five dollars and not be able to take a single dose from two bottles.

These are easy to swallow and better than solid pills that don't always dissolve before they leave the body. I've had no problems with digestion at all.

I drank this like for a month almost daily and I finally got my vit d higher. Not too much, jus a lil bit . Very effective. Very nice. No side effects so far, only that I stopped getting sick frequently 100/10Still drinking it from time to time (since my vit d is in range). No side effects so far (few months in use)

Their ALL STUCK,THEY POP WHEN I TRY TO SEPERATENO REFUND PRODUCT.HIGHLY , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I had the bottoms sawed off in order to get the product out . The vitamin spills open when i tried to seperate them. The stay fresh packages did not keep the vitamins fresh.I WANT A REFUND !!!! THEIR SELLING DEFECTED MERCHANDISE AND KEEPING MY $$$$$WILL AMAZON HELP ME ?
